Our pricing has two parts. First, each church pays an annual license fee: $795/year covers up to 30 men. For groups larger than that, we offer a $1,495 unlimited license, which removes the cap on how many men from your church can participate. Second, each man signs up through a unique cohort link provided by your church. Through that link, participants receive approx. 50% off the program. Currently, with the church license discount applied, the cost for men is $225 one-time or $23/month for 12 months. This includes full access to the program's digital resources, and physical workbooks & challenge coins shipped directly to each man when they register.

You can launch as many groups as you’d like throughout the year. That said, we recommend aligning new launches with the coin ceremonies of previous groups. This approach helps manage leadership bandwidth and fosters a more cohesive, integrated culture of men’s discipleship within your church—one that builds momentum rather than fragmentation.

The Man Year journey unfolds across four 12-week modules, each followed by a one-week break—making up a full year of formation. You have the flexibility to start at any point in the year, depending on your church calendar, leadership capacity, and strategic priorities. The rhythm is steady but spacious, designed to form men deeply without overwhelming your team.

One of the gifts of Man Year is that it gives churches creative freedom in shaping these milestone moments. Many churches have found it meaningful to gather men for a time of worship, prayer, and brief teaching before breaking into smaller groups of 5–7 (if structured that way). In these groups, each man enters the “hot seat” while others affirm his challenge completion, speak words of encouragement and life over him, and pray with intentionality before moving to the next. These ceremonies become powerful markers of growth and brotherhood.

Not at all. The only built-in requirement is that men meet at least once a month with others in their Man Year cohort. That said, we strongly encourage groups to gather more frequently if time and logistics allow. Regular connection—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—cultivates deeper relationships, strengthens accountability, and helps men walk with greater courage and honesty in their spiritual journey.

The curriculum is delivered through a combination of custom software and semi-custom tools that give your church a digital dashboard to manage signups and organize cohorts with ease. Each man in the program gets access to monthly teaching videos and digital playbooks through the Man Year mobile app and desktop platform. We'll also be shipping physical workbooks & challenge coins to every participant, offering a tangible, hands-on alternative to the digital experience.

Absolutely. We offer robust support for churches and leaders through two primary channels—one for technical issues, billing, and curriculum-related questions, and another for strategic guidance around implementation and format. In addition, we provide a digital onboarding pathway designed to equip pastors and leaders with everything they need to understand the platform, launch effectively, and engage men in the journey.

The timeline for launching Man Year can vary depending on the size of your church and the scope of your rollout. That said, most leaders can have everything set up and ready for men to begin signing up within just a few days. From there, it’s simply a matter of your church deciding the right moment to officially begin.
